Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using PhishArmor, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

PhishArmor is a browser extension that analyzes emails for phishing and scam indicators using artificial intelligence. It provides a scam score and signal analysis to help users identify potentially dangerous emails.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

PhishArmor is a tool to assist with email safety, not a guarantee of protection. While we strive for accuracy, no automated system is perfect. PhishArmor may produce false positives (marking safe emails as suspicious) or false negatives (failing to detect phishing emails). You should always exercise your own judgment when interacting with emails.

PhishArmor is not a substitute for comprehensive cybersecurity practices.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One account per person.

Free and Premium Plans

The Free plan includes a limited number of scans per month. The Premium plan provides unlimited scans and additional features for a monthly subscription fee. Pricing and plan details may change with notice to existing subscribers.

Payments and Cancellation

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the service
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements
• Share your account credentials with others
• Submit fabricated data to manipulate our detection systems

Limitation of Liability

PhishArmor is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to damages from phishing emails that were not detected.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PhishArmor after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
